My own path has taken me to the serene abodes of Tibetan Buddhist Monks, where I immersed myself in ancient meditation wisdom. In rural Thailand, I sat in contemplation with Buddhist monks, absorbing their essence of mindfulness.

I’ve also explored the intricate art of Jin Shin Jyutsu, unlocking the healing potential within the body’s energy pathways. With 7 years of clinical practice, this art has become a cornerstone of my healing practice.

Embracing shamanic traditions, I completed a 2-year course connecting with ancient spirits and tapping into the transformative power of the unseen realms. Additionally, my quest for spiritual knowledge led me to the mystical teachings of the Kabbalah, where I studied spiritual alchemy to deepen my understanding of spiritual healing.
